1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WunderCV (wunderjob.io), operated by SweetWater Holding UG (haftungsbeschränkt), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

WunderCV provides:

  • A career values assessment and archetype discovery tool
  • A collaborative CV builder with sharing, comments, and editing
  • Job description analysis (Vibe Check) against personal career values
  • AI-powered CV content assistance
  • PDF export of CVs
  • A credit-based system for premium features

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use most features of WunderCV. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your CV content
  • You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
  • You must comply with applicable data protection laws when sharing CVs with others
  • You must not abuse, harass, or harm other users through collaboration features

5. Credits, Payments, and Refunds

WunderCV operates on a credit-based system. Credits can be purchased through our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy) and are used for premium features such as PDF export and AI assistance.

  • Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value
  • Purchased credits do not expire
  • New accounts receive 50 free credits
  • Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase to info@wunderjob.io
  • Referral credits are subject to monthly caps and may be revoked in cases of abuse

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you create on WunderCV (your CV, profile data, and assessment results). We do not claim ownership of your content. However, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

The WunderCV platform, its design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of SweetWater Holding UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7. Collaboration and Sharing

When you share a CV with collaborators, you grant them the level of access you select (viewer or editor). You are responsible for managing access to your CVs. We are not liable for actions taken by collaborators you have invited.

8. AI Features Disclaimer

WunderCV uses AI to provide content suggestions, career advice, and job analysis. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before using it.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by German law, SweetWater Holding UG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of credits purchased by you in the current billing period.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of Hamburg, Germany shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service.
